“IsoXpressor: a tool to assess transcriptional activity within isochores“
This work is the result of a great collaboration with Solon P Pissis, PI at Centrum Wiskunde & Informatica (CWI; Netherlands) and Lorraine Ayad from King’s College London. In BioCoS we build long lasting collaborations with research institutes to produce knowledge, a fundamental asset of any society, and build innovation.
From our perspective, IsoXpressor is more than an efficient bioinformatics tool. IsoXpressor introduces a novel strategy to investigate any biological process of any species, involving a 50 years old subject, the Isochores, and how they shape functionality.
